E-Commerce & Systems Specialist (m/f/d)
You will ensure that products, collections, and pages are accurately maintained and aligned with our commercial and SEO goals. At the same time, you will support and manage ERP-related processes, ensuring that product data, inventory, and operational workflows run smoothly between systems.
In addition, you will help troubleshoot issues and contribute to the implementation of new features that support our e-commerce strategy and seamless daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Store Management: Set up and maintain product listings, variants, collections, pricing, metafields, and navigation menus. Support the creation and updating of landing pages.
- Manage and Configure: Help manage and optimise Shopify apps and connected tools.
- SEO: Support the execution of our SEO strategy and ongoing optimisation efforts to improve organic performance.
- Test and Troubleshoot: Support testing of new features and help identify and resolve issues across platforms.
- Provide Technical Support: Keep an eye on site performance, address user inquiries, and escalate technical issues when needed.
- General Support: Take on emerging tasks and help ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Qualifications and Competences
- 2 years+ of hands on experience with Shopify
- Understand our passionate audience/community
- Proven track record in managing ecommerce projects
- Availability to work during Berlin (CET/CEST) business hours
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, JS and Liquid is a big plus
- Detail-oriented
- High benchmark of quality
- Problem-solving thinking
- Proactive and hands on mentality
- Self-directed and autonomous working style
- Demonstrable proficiency in managing systems
- Highly organised
- Excellent communication skills (full professional proficiency in English, a working knowledge of German is a plus)
